Brianna Gamble Photography is a premiere all female photography studio based in Vacaville, California specializing in Teen, Senior, and Branding Photography that is dedicated to providing our clientele with the most creative-and-inspired photographers, best customer service experience, highest-quality product and fastest-turnaround time in the industry.
The aim of the Studio Manager is to be a positive champion for BGP’s awesome company culture, keep the studio running smoothly, and manage quality control for our unique artistic brand image. The Studio Manager serves as the central hub of administrative support, client and team relations, sales and marketing management within BGP. As the Studio Manager, you will assist with the facilitation of company operations and culture by maintaining office processes, supervising staff, and supporting the CEO. With responsibilities including scheduling, marketing, sales, and general office management, as well as client communications, internal relations and quality control, this role will work across all areas of the organization. Not only does the Studio Manager need to preserve the current strengths of the organization, but they must also be able to generate new ideas for the company and our culture, and foresee potential impacts and opportunities for growth while learning from past experience.
Act as central command for BGP – provide general support to clients, maintain physical state of busy photo studio, manage internal operations, photo quality, and overall customer satisfaction
Curate photo galleries for session previews, client galleries, blog and social media posts
Implement, maintain and refine office/studio operational processes and procedures
Ensure studio is kept clean, orderly, and organized
Guide clients through the sales process and image selection
Serve as a steward for company culture, working to keep this artistic environment positive, fun, efficient, healthy, and forward-moving
Work directly with the CEO to lead and coordinate all administrative efforts
Design and implement policies in conjunction with leadership
Plan and execute company events
Oversee others, delegating when necessary, managing multiple projects and tasks at once
Never stop looking for ways to make BGP better
Relevant University or College degree
2+ years of experience in a similar role; passion for serving as an active pillar of a company’s culture and environment
Self-starter with demonstrated capacity for independent initiative
Passion for photography and imagery
Must be process-oriented, apt in creating and developing systems to simplify and streamline internal operations
Extreme attention to detail
Managerial skills for team of 8+
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Maturity, discretion and tact
Adept at Microsoft Outlook/Office Suite, Excel, Instagram/Facebook/other social media platforms, and technology-at-large
Prompt and timely with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferably lives within a 30 mile radius of Vacaville studio location
The position is full-time and will begin immediately.
As creatives we are looking for a professional manager; please note that this position will not lead into any creative role or photography position.
Salary commensurate with experience; estimated starting salary $40k
